[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#1102749: #1102749: libknet1 will log a message for every package for certain network setups

upstream released 1.31 today, which solves this issue by
downgrading the log level of the problematic messages.

it also contains (only) one other targeted fix, so I'd
recommend upgrading to that version for Trixie :)
