[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#1105088: openhpi: should not be in trixie?

openhpi's upstream development stopped and #1105087 orphaned the 
package in Debian.

I think we shouldn't ship a package that has a potential security 
impact, hasn't seen any commits upstream in 6 years and has no 
Debian maintainer in trixie.

However, there are r-deps. CC'ing them, maybe the r-dep maintainers 
want to step in maintaining openhpi, or see about dropping the 
r-deps and removing openhpi?
