[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#1127685: Might need to upgrade to severity serious pretty quickly

Sadly with
  gnutls28 3.8.12-1 drops libgnutls-openssl27t64 binary package
  gnutls28 3.8.12-2 reverts this

the latter upload ended up in the NEW queue although
libgnutls-openssl27t64 is still present in testing and stable.

Unless this sorts itself out quickly I will bump these four bugs to
serious tomorrow.
