[Debian-handbook-translators] headwords

Hi folks,

I've been translating (Debian) documentation for a while, and so
I arranged with caba that I gonna translate ch 06 to German.

While scanning the po, I noticed some repeting capitalized headwords.
I think they should be translated commonly trough the doc.

Here is my guess (should IMHO go to the de-README after revision):

BACK TO BASICS -- ZURÜCK ZU DEN URSPRÜNGEN
QUICK LOOK -- EIN KURZER BLICK
COMMUNITY -- GEMEINSCHAFT
GOING FURTHER -- WEITER GEHEND

WORTH FOLLOWING -- VERFOLGENSWERT
TOOL -- WERKZEUG
TIP -- TIPP
ALTERNATIVE -- ALTERNATIVE
NOTE -- ANMERKUNG
IN PRACTICE -- IN DER PRAXIS
