[Debian-handbook-translators] Italian translation on weblate

Hello,

I tried to sync translations from weblate for the first time and I noticed
that Innocenzo contributed some Italian translations on weblate without any
apparent coordination with the italian translation team (he's not listed
in it-IT/README).

I attache the PO file with his work but it has not been committed, I
discarded his work so that you can review and fix it before committing
it (at least some XML tags look wrong).
