[Debian-handbook-translators] Translate to Indonesian

Hello,

my name is Zaki. I am interested to translate the debian handbook to
Indonesian. I'd like to use git to translate. I have cloned the source git
repository.

Based on [1], the code would be 'id-ID'. I've also requested to join the
debian-handbook at alioth.
