[Debian-handbook-translators] hr-HR on official repo

I performed a sync, but still can't see hr-HR directory.Even deleted the
local repo and started over, no luck.Then I checked the official repo on
Alioth, also there is no hr-HR.
Is any hourly job to be executed, or am I doing something wrong?
