[Debian-handbook-translators] About the German translation

Hello Carsten,

I have a few small requests for you and the German team:

1/ please don't mix Weblate usage and direct Git access, I had conflicts
due to this

2/ please setup your email and full name in git because the stuff you
pushed directly to Git has a bad author: "bachert <bachert at acer.(none)>"

git config --global user.name "Carsten Bachert"
git config --global user.email caba at bachert.info

3/ also, you're getting close to completion. Are the remaining chapters
missing or are they "just" waiting a review ?
