Hello all,

Here is the timeline:

AA) 11 days ago	 Dag Velovic	Translation uploaded	Debian
Handbook/05_packaging-system - Croatian

BB) 10 days ago	 Raphaël Hertzog	Resource update	Debian
Handbook/05_packaging-system - Croatian


After that when I try to upload the *.po file, or do any job, the
following error is shown:

"This translation is currently locked for updates!"

Any steps I am missing?
Suggestions?
