[Debian-handbook-translators] question weblate debian handbook

Hi,

the first row shows the changes to the squeeze version as we are now on 
wheezy. In the first row, the red parts are the deleted ones and the 
green parts are the changed (or new) parts. Thus, the first row shows 
the changes, while the second row is the plain (new) content.
