[Debian-handbook-translators] Translations updated from weblate

Hello dear translators,

I just merged the translations from weblate and updated the copies
hosted on debian-handbook.info.

I had again to deal with a quite a few XML/Docbook markup mistakes.
Please pay attention to those.

In particular when you have translations of <indexterm> you can
only have inside it:
- either "<primary>something</primary>"
- or "<primary>something</primary><secondary>something</secondary>"

You can't inverse the tags, and you can't put anything outside of the
tags.

For the record, here's the fixes that I had to push (only id-ID and
pt-BR were affected):
