[Debian-handbook-translators] URL does not exist

Hi,

While working in the translation for Spanish I found an URL pointing to a
page that not (yet) exists. The URL is found in the file
"es-ES/08_basic-configuration.po"
translation unit 108.

This is the URL: http://wiki.gnome.org/NetworkManager/SystemSettings/jessie
which points to a page that do not exist (yet) my guess is that a more
suitable URL would be https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/NetworkManager

What do you think?
