You should run it in the directory where you have cloned the
debian-handbook git repository with
$ git clone ssh://picciola12-guest@git.debian.org/git/debian-handbook/debian-handbook.git

In fact you should setup SSH access to your alioth.debian.org
account by following instructions here too:
