[Debian-handbook-translators] ERROR: failed to build HTML output for ar-MA

Hi,

Arabic HTML generation is failed because of "not well-formed (invalid token)" error.
The error originates from 1137th line of 'ar-MA/11_network-services.po' [1]
after the commit of 27360bde6305c2767346cb26c242985b227d0485.

It would be nice if this problem is fixed.

[1] $ msggrep --msgstr --regexp '<</literal>' ar-MA/11_network-services.po
    $ git grep -n -i --perl-regexp '<</literal>' origin/jessie/master ar-MA/11_network-services.po
