[Debian-handbook-translators] ERROR: failed to build HTML output for ar-MA

Dear Arabic translators of debian-handbook,

Arabic HTML generation is failed because of
"validity error : Element indexterm content does not follow the DTD" errors.
The errors originates from 852th line of 'ar-MA/15_debian-packaging.po' [1]
introduced on the commit of 9a0e33521a6d9218c7f9ca7e6748ae227badc701.

It would be nice if this problem is fixed.
