[Debian-handbook-translators] syntax error of es-ES/99_website.po

Dear Spanish translators of debian-handbook,

Current es-ES/99_website.po has a syntax error [1].
It does not interrupt HTML build (Locale::PO can deal with it),
but it might cause unexpected failure (other platform like Weblate?).

I prepared a patch for fix this problem together with
a fix for recently updated en-US/99_website.xml [2].

[1] $ msgfmt -c -o /dev/null --statistics es-ES/99_website.po
      es-ES/99_website.po:24:303: syntax error
      msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
