Norwegian HTML generation was failed
and there still left some errors (listed at the end).
I have fixed them referring to the rules [1]
and pushed it onto 'jessie/master' branch [2].
After these fix, Norwegian HTML generation finished successfully.
It would be nice if some Norwegian translators review
and/or recorrect it if you need.

Let me remind you just one more information.
Git repository and Weblate project is not synchronized automatically.
So, we have to wait until that Raphael would import my commit into Weblate.
