[Debian-handbook-translators] ERROR: failed to build HTML output for nb-NO

and Norwegian translators of debian-handbook,

Due to following issues[3], Norwegian HTML build was failed[1,2].

It would be nice if you fix following issues.

Thanks to Michal's effort [3], Weblate came to report
"Invalid XML markup" and "XML tags mismatch" separately.
The former will definitely cause HTML build error.
So, it would be nice if you pay special attention to "Invalid XML markup" error[4].
