Translation page links for "Chinese (China)" and "Chinese (Taiwan)"
are all dead on Weblate of Debian Handbook (Ex.[1,2]).

Previously, link texts were "Simplified Chinese" and "Traditional Chinese".
URLs were "**/zh_Hans/" and "**/zh_Hant/" respectively.
May it an effect of latest update of Weblate?
