[Debian-handbook-translators] Please add Dutch (nl-NL) translation into Weblate debian-handbook project

Dear Raphael,

We would like to send a request to
add Dutch  (nl-NL) translation into Weblate debian-handbook project.

Patrick Kox proposed starting Dutch translation of debian-handbook [1]
and I pushed initial translation files to 'jessie/master' branch as usual [2].

He wishes to translation on Weblate.
Please make Dutch translation available in Weblate.
