[Debian-handbook-translators] build failure of debian-handbook package

Dear Navid,

Did you pushed latest commit [1] by mistake or with the intention?
The commit changes file mode (755->644) of debian/rules, build/build-*, etc...
It cause build failure of debian-handbook package.

I think the commit must be reverted.
