[Debian-handbook-translators] Contribute to spanish translation

Hi Santimoreno,

Welcome to the groups !
I'm pretty new myself so I might not know everything :-)

but...
did you make an account at : https://alioth.debian.org/ ?
you will need this for your GIT access
Then you should contact Raphaël (hertzog at debian.org) asking him to
grant you access.

once he did you should be able to access the git repository and start
your translation (read the README.translators and READLME.git files).

oh, and don't forget to setup a ssh key and add it to Alioth, you
cannot SSH into the GIT archive with a password so you must have a key
and once that's added, it might take about 1 hour before it becomes
active (it's mentioned on the Alioth site as well).
