[Debian-handbook-translators] hr_HR translation

Hi,

I have some questions regarding the start of the hr_HR translation we
are trying to get started.

1) Is it better to work with weblate or translate with Git?
2) Is the source text in the translation up to date, as most untouched
source files are on
https://salsa.debian.org/hertzog/debian-handbook/tree/HEAD/hr-HRdated
