[Debian-handbook-translators] What time is to update pot and po files ?

Hi!

       After Debian 10 xml files is updated,the pot and po files also
need update.

I think is use the commad:

publican update_pot --brand_dir=brand   
publican update_po --brand_dir=brand  ... ...

What time is  planning to do so in branch buster/master ?

After update pot and po files in buster/master branch,these files is
also need to push to weblate,so the translate work can began on weblate.
