[Debian-handbook-translators] Updated nb-no translation of the handbook

Hi.  Just wanted to let you all know we are busy working on the
Norwegian Bokmål edition of the Debian handbook.  5% not yet translated
and a loot of proof reading left to do, but we are slowly getting
there.

Our goal is a new printed edition, with setup like the previous one.
