[Debian-handbook-translators] Debian 11 is now the default on the website

Hello,

on https://debian-handbook.info/browse/stable/ you now get to see the
bullseye version of the book. Weblate has not yet switchel but I hope
it will happen shortly (you saw the mail sent to Michal Cihar). It the
mean time, translations are locked there.
