Is this sid or sarge?  You appear to have a mix of kde 3.2.3 and 3.3.0 so
it seems to be sid.  Sid appears to be in one of its temporary
periods of brokenness right now but while you are waiting, you can work
around it by doing

# dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/kontact-plugins_4%3a3.2.3-2_i386.deb

then

# dpkg --configure -a

and

# apt-get -f install

in order to get everything sane again.
