Today I heard from a person using Mozilla on FC4.  We were accessing
the same page and while I could not view the words with rhasva matra
vowels properly, they appeared correctly in FC4.
How can I identify if it is Mozilla, Ubuntu or Pango rendering problem
with glyphs and file a bug accordingly.
