I let BG commit them to the debian-in SVN.....

On my side, I'll commit them in the various repositories (iso-codes
CVS, base-config SVN, tasksel SVN...) or report as bugs (newt). I also
merged some of the strings from level2 back to level1.

BTW, level 1 now again needs some work. I'll commit the new file in
debian-in repository.
