[Debian-in-workers] Bengali translation for D-I

Hello guys,
Thanks to Jamilbhai and the Bengalinux team, we have finished the
level-1 translation of D-I to Bengali.
Just a little bit of reviewing is necessary from my end which I will do
by this weekend. However, I have committed the file to the svn repo.

Chris, I guess you should change the PROSPECTIVE file and remove bn from
it as level-1 is now done.
