[Debian-in-workers] Bengali translation for D-I

Done.

I also activated Bengali in the localechooser package and uploaded
version 0.20 with this fix. 

As a consequence, the very experimental D-I GTK installer images that
are built by Frans Pop and available at
http://people.debian.org/~fjp/d-i will soon offer Bengali as a
language choice. It may still take a few days, though...

In the meantime, I'll soon built a special version for you people to
see Indic language supprot in D-I.
