[Debian-in-workers] Bug#402334: ttf-indic-fonts: Please provide a udeb for Malayalam fonts

As Malayalam is now supported by G-I, we need a udeb for the Malayalam
fonts, namely Racotf04.ttf.

This is pretty urgent so, if you don't mind, Jaldhar, I will NMU the package
(and provide a patch). Praveen wants to test the installer and we of course
have to provide him with a working installer that displays something..:)
