[Debian-in-workers] Bug#403404: ttf-malayalam: error while opening ttf file with fontforge

While testing recent addition of Malayalam fonts to the g-i, I noticed 
there are problem displaying the glyphs in the main screen (see [1]); 
those squares usually mean missing glyphs so I tried to open Racotf04.ttf
using fontforge and this ([2]) is what I get.

This makes g-i completely useless for installing Debian using Malayalam
language.
