As far as I remember, I received a mail from the original developers of
RacOtf who claim it is GPL-ed. I'll hunt up the mail and forward it. I plan
to include it in the next big upgrade of ttf-indic-fonts (I'm sorry I can't
do it right now, since my home DSL is down). If Christian does decide to do
an NMU to include Anjali Old Lipi, that'll be great :)

Sorry for top posting, but I included a couple of people who I feel should
be kept in the loop.
