Well, Jaldhar has advised that somebody who speaks the Telugu language
should do this and also since I am already in the NM queue, it'd be
better if Prasad also can apply for Debian NMship by virtue of packaging
festival-te. Of course, if he fails to do so owing to some reasons, I
will do it. :)
