[Debian-in-workers] Bug#396850: ttf-telugu-font package need to be updated

A new version of the telugu font Pothana2000 and vemana2000 was 
announced by the author "K.Desikachary" which adheres to the latest 
Unicode standard 5.0. So the debian package needs to be updated.

The latest release can be found at the official website of the 
Pothana2000 font http://www.kavya-nandanam.com/Pothana2k.zip.
