[Debian-in-workers] Raghu (Raghindi) font needed for Tuxpaint

Tuxpaint needs this font.  Would someone on this list would please help
by packaging it?

Hindi TrueType Font (TTF) for Tux Paint

The "hi.ttf" font file is a copy of "Raghu" (also called "Raghindi"),
a Hindi TrueType font ("raghu.ttf"):

  Designed by Prof. R. K. Joshi <rkjoshi at ncst.ernet.in>,
  with with the help of Vinay Sayanekar.

  Developed and released under public domain by the
  National Centre for Software Technology
  (now called The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing),
  Mumbai, India.
