[Debian-in-workers] ttf-malayalam-fonts: Add another font to the package

Rachana had indeed made Kevin (author of AnjaliOldLipi font) <sic>
discontinue creating Anjali using Rachana files. <sic> More info can be

Yeaj, anyways, AnjaliOldLipi has GPL license, and works great. Wonder when
it would be included in the ttf-malayalam-fonts package.

Hopefully this font makes its way into the package. In case any more info is
