I think we can include both fonts and let people chose which font they
want. And it looks like finally Unicode has found a solution to chillu
issue by encoding them. Also please include the latest version of
Rachana font http://plus.sarovar.org/contents/fonts/Rachana_w01.otf

With the current package Rachana is not recognised by font config
(fc-list doesn't show rachana). Also the current package contains a
ttf file AFAIK otf is better than ttf please include an otf as well.
