DFSG also states:

"The license must allow modifications and derived works, and must allow 
them to be distributed under the same terms as the license of the 
original software."

Rachana did not allow modifications and derived works when AnjaliOldLipi 
came out -- Kevin had to start from scratch.

Wonder how this would affect Rachana's inclusion, as clearly there have 
been occassions in the past where DFSG was not followed by its maintainers.
