[Debian-in-workers] fixing indic xkb maps in xkb /xorg

Hi,
 I have fixed some of the indic xkb maps, as per the bugs here

 mainly removing the invalid chars existing in kan, ori, ml, tel & tml maps..

updated maps are in
http://indlinux.cvs.sourceforge.net/indlinux/indic-im/xorg-xkb/

will try to get them into debian xkb & xorg packages soon..
