I still have such project, yes.
Even though I'm not a deep specialist of BSP's, I'm usually doing
enough bug triaging for being of some help to participants in a BSP.
I also can help on a package maintenance workshop. Here again, my own
contribution could be about:
- interaction with upstream
- bug triaging
- good use of helpers (I'm a cdbs+quilt fan)
- writing good documentation
Of course, any activity about localisation could have /me as
participant and animation
About coming or not to FOSS.in, this is definitely something I still
consider. My plan would be to adapt the Debian i18n/l10n talk we gave
at Debconf5 with Javier Fernandez-Sanguino Pena (http://www.perrier.eu.org/debian/talks/debconf6/i18n-paper/debian-i18n-l10n.pdf).
