[Debian-in-workers] Bug#434831: itrans: Erroneous Glyphs

Hello,

The glyphs in Frans Velthuis' devanagiri font were shuffled as per
this extract from "dhchars.mf":

%    o 2004.02.28 Anshuman Pandey
%      - Deleted "sba from position "9B
%      - Added regular and alternate forms of .n.na at position "9B
%      - Deleted redundant j~na from position "2B
%      - Added open-ya at position "2B
%

This means that the files "dnvg.ifm" and "dvngfull.ifm" need to be
fixed with a patch like that which follows.
