[Debian-in-workers] Bug#441319: font name strings for ani and mukti narrow are bogus (double-encoded utf-8?)

Package: ttf-bengali-fonts
Version: 1:0.5.0
Severity: normal

running fc-list shows:
Ani,অনি Dvf:style=Regular
Mukti Narrow,মà§<U+0081>কà§<U+008D>তি:style=Regular
Mukti Narrow,মুক্তি পাতনা,Mukti Narrow Bold:style=Regular,Bold

[The <U+????> escaping was done by less; these are control characters
and I could not directly paste them to email.]

The name for Mukti Narrow Bold here is presumably correct (although I
can't read it to check), but the other two strings are obviously
wrong. It looks to me like the name was encoded once from the original
Unicode Bengali as UTF-8, then the byte sequence subsequently treated
as Latin-1 or Windows-1252, resulting in a "double encoding". Fixing
it should be easy enough for anyone who knows the language.
