[Debian-in-workers] Bug#561408: ttf-indic-fonts: Should drop defoma use

The pkg-fonts team dropped the use of defoma (old, unmaintained,
deprecated) in all its packages.

Now we'll start nagging font package maintainers who maintain their
fonts outside our team..:-)

Patch attached to drop defoma support.
