Ah. Thanks, For me, it does not work on OO.o; but works fine in
IceWeasel.

So, I think https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=529905 would
explain it.

So, looks like Indic drafting is b0rked in ICU?

On a side note, I was wondering why the cursor would stay at the same
place after glyph substitution with AnjaliOldlipi. And was thinking of
meeting an opthamologist because spacing looked ugly on OO.o.
