[Debian-in-workers] Moving to Git and all

Hi all,

We started working on moving 'Debian-In-worker' repository to Git
recently. Thanks to Vasudev for all first step towards Git Nirvana.
Abdul Karim is helping to write documentation for using team's Git
repo and other useful stuffs.

We're also working on splitting ttf-indic-fonts to several other
binaries to keep track to up-to-date with upstream and new naming
scheme.
