[Debian-in-workers] Bug#661925: Rachana Malayalam font does not correctly map existing glyph of 0D79 MALAYALAM DATE MARK

The Rachana Malayalam font, both in the current Debian distribution
and the Savannah repository, contains the glyph for 0D79 MALAYALAM
DATE MARK but does not provide a character mapping for it. Therefore
it is unavailable to end-users. Appropriate character mapping of 0D79
MALAYALAM DATE MARK should be added for this glyph so that this glyph
is available to end-users.

For convenience sake may I mention that the postscript name of the
glyph is "NameMe_195550" (which may be changed to something more
meaningful). In the current distribution its glyph ID is 0xEC and in
the Savannah repo it is 0xC2.
