[Debian-in-workers] Review on fonts-gargi

Hi Jishnu,
 (CCing this time as I'm not sure if you are subscribed to
 debian-in-workers if not please do subscribe and remove yourself from
 CC)

I pulled your latest changes good try by using chmod +x in the rule file
:-) Now coming to the point the package still doesn't build reason is
pasted below

> make[1]: Entering directory `/tmp/buildd/fonts-gargi-2.0'
> ./generate.pe *.sfd
> /usr/bin/env: fontforge: No such file or directory
> make[1]: *** [default] Error 127
> make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/buildd/fonts-gargi-2.0'
> dh_auto_build: make -j1 returned exit code 2
> make: *** [build] Error 2

Please fix this and let me know for further review
