[Debian-in-workers] Removal of fonts-knda-extra from archive

Hello Kannada Debianeers,

I'm planning to request for removal of fonts-knda-extra from
archive. Here is my reasoning.

1. Package contains Kedage and Mallige which is abandoned by upstream
2. Package fonts-gubbi and fonts-navilu effectively replace this font as
they are fork of Kedage and Navilu and lot of issues fixed + active
upstream.

Please share your thoughts, I will wait for a reply till 15th May and
after that I will request for removal.
